Booking online requests a time. It doesn’t authorize any work.
Nothing is charged when you book, and nothing is agreed. We confirm whether the time you asked for is available, then confirm the price for the job you have described, and only then does any work begin. If what we find at the door is not what was described, we stop and talk before doing anything different.

What is locked, and whether anyone is shut out
A lockout goes in the first available slot. Planned work — rekeys, new deadbolts, a spare car key — goes wherever suits you, at the daytime rate.
Where you are, by address or nearest intersection
Plus the unit, the buzzer and the floor, or the parkade level and stall. It tells us the trip and whether the van needs access arranged.
The hardware, the door or the vehicle
The lock brand. For a vehicle: year, make, model, key type, and whether any working key remains.
When it suits you
A day and a window. If nothing in the list works, say so in the notes and we will find something.
Same-day and after-hours bookings run by appointment.
Evenings, weekends and holidays are by availability rather than on a fixed schedule, so an after-hours request is a request rather than a confirmed slot until we reply. We will tell you who is on, where they are coming from and what the after-hours rate is before anything is agreed.
Same-day daytime work is often possible. Book the slot and we will confirm as soon as we can, or call if you would rather not wait for the reply.

Questions about booking a locksmith visit.
Can I change or cancel a booked slot?
Yes, at no charge. Call 778-655-1957 as soon as you know. There is no cancellation fee for a slot nobody has driven to yet.
Do I need to be there when the locksmith arrives?
For anything involving entry, yes — you or somebody who can show they are entitled to be there. For planned work on a door that is already open to us, an authorized person on site is enough.
How far ahead can I book a visit?
Several weeks out for planned work. For a rekey tied to a completion or a move-in date, book as soon as you have the date and we will hold it.
Is booking online slower than calling during a lockout?
Yes. A booking waits for someone to read it; a phone call does not. If you are shut out of a door right now, call 778-655-1957.
