A standard cylinder, a restricted keyway and a push-to-start fob are different parts. Home rekeys start from $35, and more cylinders or a higher grade raise it.
Evening, weekend or holiday appointments
Evenings, weekends and holidays are by appointment, and after-hours work costs more. If your job can wait for a weekday daytime slot, it costs least.

Parts supplied or labour only
A rekey keeps your hardware. A new deadbolt, car key, safe lock or exit device adds a part, and the quote lists it separately from the labour.

Keys worry you but the lock works? Book a rekey. A sticking lock may only need lock repair. Damaged, or too light for the door? Book lock installation. Unsure? We price the options.
Is a daytime lockout a residential call or an emergency call?
Same number either way. A weekday daytime lockout is booked like any home lockout. Evenings, weekends and holidays are by appointment, at the after-hours rate you hear when you call.
Should a home-based business book commercial or residential work?
Book by the door. A house door with an office behind it is usually residential work. If your staff or clients carry keys, restricted keys or a small master key system may suit better.
Can one visit cover the house deadbolts and the car key?
Often, yes. Mention both when you call, with the car's year, make and model, so we can confirm the vehicle and quote both jobs together.
Which service covers a keypad lock that stopped reading codes?
Smart lock repair. Try fresh batteries first, since power is a common cause. If it still ignores codes, we diagnose it and quote a repair or a new keypad lock.
